I had the best experience was able to book an appointment through their Website. Lisa was amazing. I know that there are some reviews at state that they ask for the gratuity ahead of time, but they only do that if you’re paying with the credit card and it really does make things streamline, but it’s optional. You could always leave the gratuity after you pay for your initial session. Super professional Love, the customer service it was great

The staff at this place are incredibly rude, the service is terrible, and they force you to leave a tip, treating you horribly if you don't. Our experience here was the worst. Terrible service and terrible customer treatment. I absolutely do not recommend it!
