Mía was truly the best. She helped me so much in getting the right documents to determine whether it was safe for my son to have his MRI, since he has metal clips in his chest. In my eyes, she went above and beyond she called his doctors, spoke directly with them, and gathered all the necessary paperwork. She was incredibly efficient, compassionate, and patient. We truly need more people like Mía who genuinely care about patients. She was so kind, even when I struggled to explain exactly what my son had. Gracias Mia !!

Nichole in appointment and also Mr.Craig are more than excellent! They have been so kind explaining about the referrals that I need to do and allways help me with the appointments for my X Rays and MRI's. For all people with chronic illnesses we need professionals like them!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Suhelen for her assistance on February 19, 2026. Despite my prolonged efforts over several weeks to schedule an MRI appointment without success, Suhelen proactively took the initiative to contact my doctor's office and requested that my order be sent to her. She then promptly contacted me with the necessary information to schedule an appointment with ATR. What had taken me several weeks to accomplish, she managed to resolve in a matter of hours. My appointment was cancelled the night before my scheduled appointment for non payment of $20.63. I called to find out that a new policy requires payment in advance. A change since my last procedure. I was pleased that the receptionist could reschedule the two appointments later that day. After making payment, the process seems convoluted. I have heard others say they made two trips for one procedure. First for payment, then come back for the procedure. Makes me wonder if the patient's convenience is considered. Too much automation fails to convey your need to avoid open schedules.

Nelmarie was very professional, pleasant and easy to speak with. A more positive experience than I have had in the past with other agents. She did awesome.
