Straight to collections for me too. Never billed, don’t even know what date services were rendered or what services they are charging for. How can I pay a bill I don’t know I owe?

No contact not at listed address can’t call about a bill that was never delivered to me.

I got one statement in the mail. It looked like they balance billed me (big no no) and so I did not pay. I wanted to check everything with my insurance company first. No phone call from Radiology Consultants, no other statements received either. 3 months later I get not one letter but FOUR! FOUR collections letters from Corner Stone. First off your illegally balance billing. Secondly you didn't even do your due diligence to let me know you were even going to send me to collections. Lastly when you send someone to collections you send the whole balance they owe you. You don't send them to collections FOUR TIMES for each copay (not actually my copay though). They ruined my credit score. My balance that they sent me to collections for was less than $100. Your horrible people.

Tried to call their number and there’s a bunch of useless prompts which ultimately hung up on me. Trying to get a billing issue figured out.

NEVER got a billing statement in the mail, dialed their billing number several times in attempts to pay. The one time they picked up, they said I'd "have to work it out with my insurance," whatever that's supposed to mean (insurance had already cleared my EOB). But I DID get a call from Cornerstone Credit Services (debt collection) nearly A YEAR later! Shady practices, nightmare billing department, devoid of professionalism. Overall NOT impressed!
