Radiology Associates South Florida

MBB or Mori Bean and Brooks Radiology Partners, which is a division of Radiology Associates of South Florida, has been extremely difficult to deal with. In January, my newborn had a chest X-ray at Baptist. Because the baby hadn’t been named yet, the bill was issued under an incorrect name. When the claim was submitted to Cigna , it was denied because of that error. Since then, I’ve spent ten months trying to get this corrected and properly submitted. I’ve called at least six times, and every time I’m told the name and insurance information have been fixed — yet the insurance company never receives the claim. They have all of the changes and corrections I’ve made in my account and every time I call them but it never gets sent to the next department which is their back office but you can’t

I had an emergency while on vacation. Everyone at the hospital was very helpful. My nurse, Jody, was amazing. I was alone at the hospital and truly appreciated the care I received. It was also the quickest emergency room visit I have ever had!

I didn’t have any issues with this company. One time they called to change the payment amount, but they were easy to work with and very pleasant to me. I’m just sorry I got myself into this predicament in the first place.

The technician David was very nice and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable. The whole CT Scan procedure w/o contrast took about 3 minutes to complete. Check in was very easy as well. Thank you all

The staff is so kind and welcoming. From the check in desk to the techs. Everyone is great! Highly recommend
