We have had THREE (3) instances of this - This organization did not send out an invoice we ever received. They got our name and address wrong. They had our phone number, but never tried to contact us through it. They are now charging us extra fees on a bill we would have been happy to pay in the first place. Avoid these shady business practices and employ some customer service!

yes, they will bill you for something you don't owe for, then send you to collections. Shady is the word.

March 6, 2020 I called this office about a bill I received for “Routine services not covered”. The young man who answered was pleasant and very willing to help me resolve my issue. Thank goodness, I do keep fairly good records of daily happenings on my Five Year Calendar which I file away when it’s replaced (online: Walter Drake)so I was able to find the reason for the mysterious Routine services not covered. I gave this information to my helper, and we had really great communication which gave me confidence that he fully understood the issue and that he would take care of it immediately. He told me to disregard that invoice and that he would personally walk the notes to the person who could investigate the problem. Keep getting bill and have no itemized list of charges. No phone # to call. I have no idea what the bill is about. And I'm not paying till I get explanation.

WORST EVER don't even remember using their services in 2016 but somehow I have a charge on my credit still today in 2020 and I had full coverage insurance that paid this back then
