Edit: Radical Healing refuses to remove my card from an automatic payment plan after majorly mismanaging my care, causing me to leave. Additionally, the organization’s reply to my review is extremely inappropriate. It is not my job to seek out the correct level of management to escalate my “issue” to. I spent weeks in a back and forth email thread, being told I was speaking to the highest ranked individual in care management. See the rest of my review for details. During a lapse of insurance, I was assured in person and explicitly by my provider that I would be able to resume treatment with her following my new insurance beginning. As someone who is all too familiar with psychiatrists, I am so beyond grateful to have Nick as my provider! He’s super amazing with me. Shows compassion, listens and always ensures that I am doing well with my medications. Thank you so much! 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT LET THEM SAVE PAYMENT!!! A year after my last appointment, I noticed a charge for 200$ on my bank statement. Radical healing used my card on file to fraudulently charge me. After my bank disputed the charge, I received this email saying that I would have to pay the dispute fee if I ever wanted another appointment. So, I am expected to pay for their mistake if I ever want to go back. Just keep that in mind and don't trust them with your money.

I'm so glad I found this space. Conversations about our bodies, medications, life and changes are hard but here you find community and support to walk with you. The front desk staff are attentive and kind and providers I have seen are compassionate and you can tell they care about the work they do and doing it well but also you as a human being. If you're looking to make an appointment fill out the form, respond to the texts, leave a voicemail. Take advantage of the different forms of communication to make it happen!

This is a wonderful organization. Finding a therapist who is as queer as I am was life changing, it instantly opened me up to speak about issues I would otherwise spend years dancing around out of fear of judgement. The sliding scale therapy is an excellent resource and I'm so happy to see every time I check up on their website they seem to be expanding their offerings. I have worked with Kailie George and Billy Dickinson so far who are both excellent. I can't recommend this org enough, it has been a godsend for me!
