Every single person there is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and just make people feel welcome. We usually don't even have to say our names when we come in to pick up something. They must have the best techs and pharmacists in the state. It seems like it takes them no time to fill a script you just brought in or the just received. They have all been so helpful to us over the past 5 years we've lived here. They care about their customers, take time to say hi, will answer any and as many questions, the list just goes on and on. It's a wonderful pharmacy!

Family owned business, Scott and his staff do a remarkable job. They always attempt to give you the best price and they have a since of urgency.

I visited here today for bobcat merch. The older gentleman at the cash register was kinda rude and jerk-ish! Cut me off as I was speaking, I noticed he was way kinder to the lady in front me! Definitely want be going back

No other business will make you feel more welcome or Luke you matter. How they remember everyone's names is beyond me. Everyone should have a boss like Scott and everyone should have a pharmacist like Jimmie. There's not a bad one among the bunch.

Radford Drug, in my opinion, is the best pharmacy around. They offer the old-fashioned customer service we all still crave in the present day. Who else still delivers? What businesses can you call and allow you to speak with a person, not a machine? What pharmacy will do everything possible to get you what you need in a timely (realistically speaking) manner? No one else in the area. That is who! Radford Drug employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and accurate. In my past experiences with other pharmacies, that just has not been the case.
