New River Valley Hearing & Balance

Took my 87 year old mother for a hearing test they determined she needed hearing aids the lady took my email address and said she would email me about the hearing aids. Time passed never received a email nothing. I called again and they said they didn't have my email so I gave it to them again.Still have not heard one word from anyone concerning hearing aids

I have visited Radford office two times for my hearing aid needs. They were very friendly and professional in assisting me and assigned me a demo device to wear for a week. I am very happy with them and their customer service. I recommend them for anyone's hearing aid solutions.

The staff was very accommodating for my schedule to fit in a repair. Joanne took extra time to go over the status of my hearing aids and explain options.

Ms. Joanne was so incredibly thorough from the hearing test, to explaining the results and options, to helping me get in a pair of functioning hearing aids. She is the most caring and empathetic professional I have had the pleasure of working with while navigating hearing loss. Thank you, Ms. Joanne for taking your time and treating me with respect!

I'm not a satisfied patient, I wrote a review on their website it never got posted...I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time when I showed up for my appointment... Joanne kept taking walk-ins before me ..she also was supposed to call me and discuss the results. I did do a follow up call and was assured that she would be reaching out to me I'm still waiting, I'm very disappointed
