Food City Pharmacy

Very friendly the reason I gave 3* is because I went there to pickup a new patient prescription and there was 1 pharmacist for about 10 min I waited which she was busy with someone at window so it was fine then the other pharmacist came in. I ask her about the prescription, she looked and looked said not there I was standing with Dr when called in to them . I thanked and came back in 15 minutes ask her to recheck, again she said no. I left called back to doctor they said no one answered phone it was left on voicemail. I called back to pharmacy told them what doctor said I told her I could swing back through in 15 min.She told me uh phones ringing off hook it would have to be an hour or so. Now I have been in store 45 minutes already. I have to go 30 minutes home then 30 minutes to co

Always super helpful and kind! Katy takes the time to explain anything I ask about our medications! The area is always clean, they are always happy to help, and most of all, they are open when they are scheduled to be!

This is an outstanding pharmacy. The pharmacist and technicians are professional and customer oriented, always cheerfully answer questions and give advice. Prescriptions get filled quickly. I highly recommend this pharmacy in Radford. Pharmacy area is always found to be in a proper clean condition.

They were fast and cheerful. They seems to be very helpful when I was there. Only issue was they said the prescription would be ready at 11:30am. I showed up at 1:30pm and they said it was not ready yet.

Terrible service. Neither the pharmacist nor the technician knew what they were doing. Got a call it was ready and then got there and they said the system wouldn’t let them log out of some screen for me to be able to pick up the prescription so I now have to come back at a later time to pick it up.
