Rachel Saunders-Pullman, MD, MPH, MS

I want to start by saying that Dr Rachel Saunders Pullman is a great Neurologist and is great for my Mother’s Parkinson's disease and her treatment. However, recently we have experienced 2 very upsetting experiences at the office at Union Square and now the new location on 57th Street. My mother has been a patient for over 15 years for her Parkinsons disease. She has never been late for an appointment or rescheduled and made ant errors in her scheduled appointments in the past. With that being said, we had an appointment in July 2025 for a hospital discharge due to a fall and we waited over an hour to be seen and the PA came in instead of Dr Pullman and then waited another hour and a half for Dr Pullman to see my mother and received no apology. Dr. Saunders-Pullman is wonderfully professional,,caring, patient and empathetic. I’ve never felt rushed or ignored. She and the fellows that work with her are always open and receptive!

Dr Saunders-Pullman and the entire staff at “movement disorders” are very attentive, aware and accommodating for patients conditions and treatment. This group also supports research in advancing understanding and treating Parkinson’s syndrome. Thank you all for maximizing and maintaining my ability to be active.

Dr. Rachel Sanders is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is so kind, so understanding and empathetic. Her professionalism exceeded my expectations and speaks to her character as a medical professional. Thank you to Dr. Rachel Saunders for making such a difference in my life.

My Mother used this doctor for a while. Dr. Saunders-Pullman is a lovely woman but is not very available to see patients. The office also never ever ever picks up! I have been on hold with them for a half an hour as we write this. No matter how friendly and caring a doctor is, if their office can never contact you, refill subscriptions, or call you back then they will not be a good doctor for you.
