Rachel Richards Massage

Rachel is extremely dedicated to her craft and it shows. Her knowledge seems boundless and she takes great care to understand how you're feeling so that she can tailor her approach. She's also very cognizant of when deeper tissue approaches are appropriate (and when they're not!). I'd recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a massage therapist who is informed, sensitive and meticulous.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to have a massage from Rachel. She spends time in the beginning of our appt asking questions about where my aches and pains are living that week, then works in a targeted, deep, slow way to loosen up those constricted spots. I always leave with such a delicious feeling of well-being and less pain. I don’t quite understand how Rachel works, but she really knows her stuff, her knowledge of anatomy is superior- and my body just feels great every time that I leave her table. I’ve been going to Rachel for many years, and recommendation her very highly!

I've been going to Rachel for over 3 years. She's the most thorough massage therapist I've been to that treats massage like treatment. I have many injuries and I trust her to loosen up my muscles without making any of them worse. She's also a great listener and I love the tip being included. Highly recommend!

Rachel is a fantastic muscle whisperer who asks questions about the problem areas and listens. She takes a holistic approach and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the different approaches to take to alleviate pain. I appreciate that she has offered suggestions and sent videos of ways to improve in between visits each time I’ve seen her. My pain has improved significantly since I started seeing her.

Rachel is truly amazing!! I have had constant pain in my body for a long time and Rachel has relieved so much pain. I don't say this easily. It is evident Rachel cares and you feel listened. I always feel so relaxed in my sessions and leave feeling very relieved.
