Called the office today to get some test results! Was called back shortly by nurse Macy and received my information! Appreciated such quick response! Nothing but excellent comments about Dr. Head and her nurses!

My daughter has been in and out of emergency rooms for the last several years with kidney stones. Dr. Head acts like it was no big deal. Said she could pass them on her on. Well the 1 we went to see her about several weeks ago is still stuck in the same place it was when we went to see Dr. Head. After running 103.5 fever we went back to emergency room. Severe infection!! I will never recommend this Dr to anyone!

If I could leave "0" stars I would. I am a nurse and work at a nursing home. I take care of her patient. We have been trying to reach Dr Heard for 2 days to get an order clarification. My resident takes Premarin and the ordered Estrace that Dr Heard prescribed. We cannot get a refill because her insurance will not pay for both. They are both types of estrogens. I called the after hours emergency line from the nursing home, since she did not get back with the dayshift nurse. Dr Heard returned my call. She was raising her voice at me telling me that she has never had a problem with insurance/Medicare paying for both. I have a paper that says they won't. I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the way I was treated by your receptionist. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and was told I couldn’t do so until my medical paperwork was received. I had the paperwork faxed directly from the facility where I was seen, but every time I followed up, I was told it hadn’t been received. Eventually, the original facility contacted your office directly on my behalf. They confirmed the documents had indeed been received. However, when they explained that I was simply trying to schedule an appointment and being told otherwise, your receptionist became combative, told them she would call me (which I doubt will happen), and abruptly hung up. I saw Dr Head a year ago and she is wonderful. Her explanations were direct and very helpful. I was referred by my PCP.. She did test to rule out any other issues and I haven’t any problems or issues since. I follow her instructions instructions regarding UTI treatment w/o complete testing…not just simple test usually done at PCP.
