I ordered from this company and they charged my credit card. I then did not receive any additional information about my order. I started contacting them 3 days (as this is the time it say it will take to process) and i did not hear back except that my order was being processed. After no response, i sent an email, in which i also go no response. I then sent a text in which i was told that i did not have an active order even after they charged my card. I was never able to speak to a person even though i requested multiple times. I have sense disputed the charges on my credit card.
