I have to say the whole staff are extremely helpful. Michael G is so helpful very knowledgeable. Very helpful. I am so thankful. I have him as my main doctor. I didn’t catch the girls’s name that did the blood today, but she was awesome very very friendly. Excellent at what she does.

I would give them a 0 if possible. My family has been using them for over 40 years and they used to be great. Recently, they caused a drug interaction with my mom, almost killing her and they are blaming her! Every doctor we have spoken to since says it is 100% Martinsville's fault but they will not own up to their near fatal mistake! Stay far far away from these horrible, lying, inept, people!

Since Martinsville Family Practice I have been a patient of for over 30 and since Martinsville Family Practice has joined the Atlantic Group the quality of communications and care has virtually disintegrated. I would not recommend them.

I love the Doctors here so 5 stars! The seasoned doctors are excellent. The only downside is once Atlantic Health took over it became less personal dealing with the office and harder to get an appointment. The big hospitals should let the practices stay small and personal.

Dr. Frisolis practice used to be top notch. Since the sale of his practice to Atlantic and his unfortunate passing this practice has become nothing but a joke. Expect long appointment wait times, RUDE office staff and empty promises of paperwork being completed and medication refills not being called in. I have had two appointments out of four in the last two years cancelled the day of. As a result of these cancellations I waited weeks for my medications to be called in even after calling the office up to a dozen times. AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! Doctors are nice but any good doctor will have a packed schedule and the condescending office staff will attempt to get you to visit with new doctors constantly. GO ELSEWHERE FOR PRIMARY CARE!
