R City Eye Care- Madison Optometry

I had a lovely experience with R City Eye in Madison! I cannot recommend them enough—everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. Dr. Letson was very thorough with my exam, and Audrey (I hope that’s correct) was very sweet and a great help when fitting me for my glasses. I wish I remembered everyone’s names, but the other staff were amazing as well and took great care of me from the moment I called to schedule ❤️

Delightful and professional team. Forgive me, but I believe Jessica scheduled my appointment at the Madison Office. She is a treasure. Niki, apologies if spelling is wrong, is a true professional. Dr. Letson was the most thorough, professional, knowledgeable eye doctor who I have ever met. And eye doctors tend to be wonderful people anyway. Thank you very much. And they love supporting military and veterans here in Huntsville and Madison. Office is beautiful and great Christian music also. Amen

My sister in law suggested R City Eye Care to me. I went to the Madison location. The doctor and the entire staff are absolutely phenomenal. The best customer service and client care ever. They were patient with me as I worked on ways to bring the cost of my eyeglasses down to better fit our insurance benefits. Sabrina was more than accommodating and flexible with me coming in, changing features to match benefits, and very patient with me as I tried on a ton of glasses, and very knowledgeable and very friendly. This is the first eye care place that I can confidently say THIS is the standard for five star service. Thank you to the entire team. Blessings over your team and mission for R City Eye Care!!! My mom has macular degeneration and we started seeing Dr. Letson over a year ago. She is the most thorough, professional and knowledgeable eye doctor my mom has ever seen. She is also very caring and truly cares about her patience, well-being and she is joined by a wonderful caring staff too. We can’t say enough good things about them. They come highly recommended.

I love and trust Dr.Merica more than any eye Doctor I have ever trusted. I've worn glasses for 72 years now, she is the Best!!!!!!!
