There is no “0” star option. They claimed MGH does not offer pediatric imaging (ultrasound), and booked my baby at Boston Children Hospital without any communication. MGH has a whole floor for imaging on 2nd floor of Whites building. Clearly they are dismissive and ignorant. You lost your credibility. Engaging and respecting patients (and parents) cannot be waived. You are replaceable! Check my photo

Both my children have been going here since they were born and they are now teenagers. We have always been very pleased with their primary care doctors and any other doctor or nurse they’ve seen on a sick visit. As far as their policies, I am very unhappy. I tried booking an appointment for my daughter recently and bc she hasn’t been there in a few years (for many reasons) they denied her as a patient, after 14 years. I never leave reviews anywhere, so what good timing that was to receive an email asking for a review.. So 5 star for doctors, 1 for policies.

Totally unhappy with the care my son recently received. My child is 9 it’s been said many times he’s not one to complain. I went in as he was throwing up and complaining of lower right abdominal pain. I explained my concern was the appendix as that’s where my pain was when my appendix needed to be removed. I did not feel heard and we were dismissed as a stomach bug. No labs no imaging just sent on our way. My son’s appendix ruptured later that day and needed emergency surgery. When I reached out to the provider nicely to explain how I felt unheard her response was basically documenting like stating the time of the appointment and just trying to cover herself rather than a phone call expressing concern for my son. We spent 8 days at the hospital while my son recovered as this stay could hav

QPA is a welcoming office from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. Any staff encounters are compassionate and sweet no matter their titles. The nurses are so wonderful with my kids and the doctors have stellar bedside manner and really make you feel included in your children’s care. The visit is more of a discussion all about the kids versus a lecture or orders. I never am picky with who we see because they’re all so caring. I’m so happy we followed our PCP here! With a newborn and an older toddler we’ve never had any issues.!Patient by chance, but extremely happy we’re at Quincy pediatrics.

My daughter has been a patient since 2019. I really like Dr. Jones. She isn't pushy about medical advice but just informs me and allows me as the parent to make my decisions. I also like how clean and professional it looks. Everyone at the front desk is always pleasant.
