Customer Reviews
My mother was admitted to Quincy Healthcare & Senior Living from the hospital on Hospice. I was very hesitant to place her at this facility because of everything I had heard. She had great care, the staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. The place was very clean and I witnessed the staff cleaning every day. The family was there frequently as my mom was only there a little over two weeks before passing. They did not mind what time of day or night we came and went was very accommodating. They asked not only what mom needed but what we the family needed also. I was very pleased with the care she got even though they were very short staffed. The staff that was there was excellent. God was guiding us when replaced mom at this facility. Thank you to all the staff for your care, friendship
My family and I decided to have my father admitted to this facility for rehabilitation. The website looked legit and offered a bounce back rehabilitation program, which we thought would be in his best interest since he would be receiving physical therapy twice a day. Upon arrival to this facility, I was mortified! The pictures on there website are deceiving! This place was dirty, smelled atrocious, and was lined with poor souls in wheelchairs that looked absolutely miserable. My heart breaks for these individuals because they are obviously not receiving the treatment they should be getting. I was told my father would have a private suite in the rehabilitation wing... that was a joke! They stuck him in a cement jail cell with a metal slab for a bed with a mattress a 5yr old would tak
My mother has resided at Quincy Healthcare since February of 2022. We have been very please with the care she has received. Moving her into a home was one of the most difficult things I ever had to do because I promised her I would never do that. Unfortunately, when she could no long walk, we couldn't provide the care she needed. However, she has been very happy there. She loves the activities. She is almost never in her room during the day. The entire staff from housekeeping to the administrator and everyone in between has been wonderful. We communicate with them often and have developed our own friendships with the staff.
Three years ago- My 89yr old father fell at home two months ago, shattering his hip. He has been at StVincent for “rehab” almost two months & is progressing. He has gone from a 2 assist to a 1 assist. ALL the staff has been wonderfully attentive, professional, kind & outstanding. We’ve enjoyed getting to know the RN’s, the CNA’s, the PT & OT therapists, the administration, & all are very caring and do a great job. We are very happy with his care! Keep up the great work. Thank you to each one of you! July 2025- Update…My father resided here for 3.5years recently passing peacefully. We are so grateful for this entire community! From the caring staff of Nurses, CNA’s in the rehab wing to all those in the 200 wing. While admittedly no place is perfect, our care meetings were always productive
DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! My mother was placed here after being hospitalized for 2 weeks. She is supposed to be here for physical therapy and rehabilitation, however that is not the case. The care she receives here is appalling, at best. She is left sitting in a wheel chair all day and no one answers the call light to help her with her basic needs (restroom or putting her to bed). She is currently wheel chair or bed bound and needs daily physical therapy. She was only worked with once in the first 5 days she was there. No bath or shower either. If anything, her condition is going to worsen if she stays long term. The furniture in her room is awful....a folding chair for her or visitors to sit on AND ancient beds that are horribly uncomfortable. We have called down numerous
