Extremely fast and efficient. Went in to cover a doctors note that my work needed for the illness I had the night prior, and was out in 15 minutes. They are quick with what they need to do, and are very respectful and kind. I would happily recommend for simple illness trips.

Quick, easy and convenient when myself of kids are sick. Staff is always polite and they get you in and out quick!

My husband's work wants us to use this location for all non emergency but urgent visits. Out of 5 visits your staff CORRECTLY diagnosed my family ONE time, and that was for covid testing. Very recently, my husband was almost hospitalized because what they called a virus was full blown pneumonia 2 days later. My husband ran a fever that averaged 103.5º F for over 5 days, and your staff said it was normal. Before that you gave my daughter antibacterial cream for her eye that she had a known documented allergy for. She could have had permanent damage to her vision for that. I'm not returning, I'd rather pay the copay and go to QMG walk-in.

This place is a joke 2 doors they r taking ppl in and we have been sitting here 45 mins at door one and they have done took 6 cars in to door 3 and I'm still not in to be seen. This is ridiculous. This is to be faster then walk in and it's not. Watching staff just keep walking around the one car that is in door one like 6 or 7 times.

We love this place. It doesn't take long to get in and your kids don't even have to get out of the car. The nurses are awesome to. Get them some floor mats though, standing on that concrete all day has got to be hard on the feet.
