I have had audio test before but never this in depth. Prompt service and took the time to inform me of everything the Dr was doing. Never felt rushed to get to the next patient. Gave me a very in depth explanation of earring aids and their capabilities. Never tried to sell me on any specific one. Just gave me the information and let me decide. Highly recommend

Dr Ballard was so warm and friendly, while being completely professional and informative during the entire 2 hour testing process. He made me feel very comfortable! I really appreciated his willingness to explain each test and why it was necessary. I would recommend him to anyone!

The audiologists are exceptional. The front desk staff are deplorable. My name is Scott S. My mother's name is Barb S. We had a great experience getting fitted for hearing aids several years ago. My mother Barb, ended up losing one of her hearing aids. We had a great experience getting her fitted for a new set. She had to wait until the first of the year, 2026 to get her second hearing aid due to insurance reasons. We had a fitting date set up, however Quincy audiology called and told us her hearing aid had not arrived yet. Months and months went by. We called three times. Every time we called, the receptionists would tell us that the hearing aid was not in yet, and they would call us for an appointment when it arrived.
