QuickVisit Urgent Care

I went to the walk-in clinic today with flu symptoms. The receptionist and nurse Stephanie were exceptionally kind and considerate. The nurse was very thorough with the check in and questions to determine the cause. She walked me through the Covid and flu tests and explained which practitioner I would see, and mentioned that the practitioner was very kind and knowledgeable. She was right and the doctor discussed the test results, my symptoms, and treatment. I am very grateful for the entire team!

I went to urgent care in Newton this morning. Receptionist was very kind as well as the nurse. When the NP Chris walked in it was another story. He didn’t knock. He was very rude. Talked down to me and continually told me my symptoms weren’t what “he thought” they should be for what I was describing. I don’t have insurance and paid out of pocket for this horrible experience with him.

Everything when just fine. All people I dealt with from the receptionist thru the RN and the doc were just great. Friendly, helpful , professional, timely, and understanding. Was not rushed and they listened to all my concern. Definitely recommend QuickVisit Urgent Care Center in Newton Iowa. Thanks ladies.

Absolutely love this place!! There always so friendly and get u in and out as quick as they can. The doctors listen to what is wrong with out judgement. Clean facility. They always get you right in on a appointment. Really no wait time.

The check in process was easy. The person at the front window was kind and very helpful. The nurse that checked me in was professional, comforting, and knowledgable. The provider I saw was thoughtful, thorough and quick. Overall the three of them worked together to create a great experience.
