Very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about the hearing aids. would recommend to anyone with hearing loss.

I had to purchase my first pair of hearings a little over 3 years. Hometown was my choice as they are the closest location to Monroe where I live. Over the last 3 1/2 years or so, I have had to return for a few service issues, caused by myself and the everyday use of the aids. The receptionist, Amanda, always does a great job taking care of my problems. She always gets my issues handled and I go home being able to hear again. I would recommend this office to everybody. A customer for life.

Very kind and knowledgeable. The person showing the hearing aids and doing the testing also wears them which is a huge plus in my opinion. It helps to really understand the client and what is important to hearing aid users. The recepionist was also friendly. I would recommend Hometown Centers for Hearing in Newton based on my experience.
