QUICKmed Urgent Care

Had a wonderful experience. When I first walked in the front office was busy but focus. They were nice and helpful. They were very professional and were concern with helping each patient. Then the nurse who took my vitals was very kind and down to earth. Didn’t make me feel like a burden like other medical offices have in the past. I feel bad because I can’t recall her name, I just remember she had a turtle pin from her nephews! Then there was the NP, Jeff Kaiser, who was also very kind and polite. He helped me figure out what was wrong and explained it all to me…I think I even asked him twice and he had no problem helping me understand. All in all, great experience and great team. You can tell they all enjoy working together. If I ever need an emergency checkup, I’ll be back.

The staff was super polite. Make sure you do your check-in with the text message they send you if you do an appointment. You still have to walk up to the desk and let him know you're there you will fill out some paperwork, and provide your ID and insurance card or other just like any other office. The nurse who came in to take my vitals was very polite and considerate. Actually had a very short wait for the doctor to come in and see me. Now I did show up early and waited in my car and I stood at the door so I would be the first patient scene. But you can set up an appointment just like any other doctor it's going to take between a half an hour to an hour. But the doctor sent the prescription immediately to the pharmacy. Been to 3 different dr’s for my rash this past week and this was by far the best treatment I received so far. Extremely quick and professional. The staff and Dr. are very personable and helpful. Thank you so much for the help! Highly recommend!

I scheduled my appointment online, so I was able to fill out all the paperwork in advance. Which made it sooooo much easier. When I got there, they just needed my ID and called me back to a room within a few minutes. They were all very nice and it was quick!

The only reason 2 stars were even chosen is because your staff is AMAZING! your process of checking patients in needs a lot of work. I was instructed to check in through a text message when I arrived. I did so, I showed that I was checked in and sat there for 45 minutes come to find out you still have to check in at the desk. No where was this indicated, no sign, no additional text messages, nothing. Come on Quick Med you can do better!
