Mercy Health - Austintown Medical Center

The CT lady just wonderful 😊...but everyone else has been nothing but rude!!!! They literally put me in a seat right in front of the bathroom...it smells like poop 💩...the seat I'm in I had to jump out of its soak..when I ask to be moved she said NO 🙂‍↔️. IM NOT allowed to stand up..I'm sitting in pee...she said it was cleaned as a germ a fob...it was not!.. everything is filthy and.. workers just stand around and talk while people are just sitting back in the actual ER not in front...like peasants. If I didn't have to come for this test...I would never come back here. Unfortunately.. nearest to me..and terrible this is how I was treated. I feel terrible for the really sick people. That have no say!!!.. I wouldn't ever suggest this torture to anyone. Yes this is my seat. Nice right!! Hav

This place saved my life over 2 years ago when a visit told me I had Cirrhosis. Haven't been back since, but now back for my annual Bronchitis Z pac. Staff tonight are all to the point & about business w pleasant manners. The 🚓 on duty was even nice! To avoid the crowd, walked in @ midnight & I was starting thru process within 3 minutes! Noone else I'm waiting room. Dr on duty didn't debate when my Covid test read -, I knew it was Bronch & med needed to get back to life. No unnecessary tests or idle time, walked around a min w nurse to check lung function & almost ready to go. 👍🏻 St E's Bdman closer but not worth the fight to park or be around other sick folks all waiting hours as well. Recommend Mercy health Atown.

It was quite busy the morning I arrived around 8:30am, there were at least a dozen people waiting. I was tested for covid, flu & RSV. Also had a scan. Received antibiotics and pain meds. I was home before 2pm. Only 1 Dr. was working so it required patience from everyone. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thankful to have a facility like this closer to home!

The nurses, doctors & staff were so helpful, kind & most generous in all they did yesterday for my little Momma & my Dad too. They were fast, efficient & patient with my Mom. Though she is very sick & had to be transported this morning to Mercy Hospital in Boardman I know Austintown Medical Center did their absolute best for her & I’m not just thankful to them but my Heavenly Father who is watching over my parents. I’m thankful to God for making me aware & getting her to this facility on Friday so she could get the help she needed. May God continue to bless all those who work here.

I came to Mercy Health emergency room after having fallen on ice at work. I thought that I broke my ribs. After a CT scan it was revealed that I didn't have any broken bones, but had sustained bruised ribs. There was no one there from the radiology department to read the CT scan so we had to wait until someone from another facility had read them. This took a long time. I came in at 7:07 pm and hadn't left until 12:10 am. This is really the only negative thing I would have to say about my experience. The rest of the staff was doing their best as I saw it dealing with the amount of people that were there that evening into the night. I was seen expediently within the hour to have the CT scan done. It was the eventual wait for the result that took so long. I'm not a hospital guy and rarely ent
