All providers treat your child as if they are their own. Accepts all insurance carriers for the most part. Sick appointments are available with after-hours on call providers to help answer emergency questions that may arise. Showing that they are more than just a pediatrician office they are a part of our family with the level of care and concern they provide. Ear piercing available in office.

All 3 of my kids go here and we cannot be any happier!! All the staff is amazing and our questions/concerns are not ignored. They even have a cute train set that my kids love to play with before and after their visit

I really wanted to like this office but after 2 years I had to switch. My experience some of the staff were very pushy about vaccines (outside of the ones typical to receive) and seemed “stuck up”/non-genuine. My daughter had an ear infection, they called in a prescription, that there was a nationwide notice it was in short supply, and instructed to prescribe a different antibiotic, well Dr. Fiddel didn’t follow those instructions. I had to call the office and they do not have an emergency line or a voicemail to tell them the pharmacy stated this issue and request a different antibiotic be called in. It was also a weekend, so I had to go to urgent care for them to resolve this issue. (What’s the point of having a PCP then?) Another issue I had, my 2 year old was in for routine shots and

I don’t understand what all these bad reviews are about but these nurses and healthcare professionals are amazing and took great care of me. My name is Audriana Hines and they were my primary care doctors from ages 14-20 and they’ve always been amazing to me. If I had a concern or needed checked out they would have me in that same day an hour or two later. I wouldn’t have to schedule a week or two later to see my doctor. I’d call in and they would tell me to come in that same day, they’d find out what’s going on, treat me and send me medicine. They were excellent, friendly and helpful. They diagnosed me with diabetes when I was 14 years old. Every nurse was very kind and genuine. I was sad when I had to find an adult doctor because I aged out of their care. My child has been going here since birth and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We have never felt rushed and have always felt heard when we have questions or concerns. We have seen Dr. Campanelli for the most part but have also seen the NPs for same day sick appointments and have had great experiences with all.
