QuickFix Family Convenient Care of Albany

This was my first and last time going! The front desk staff were amazing, nice and worked very fast! But once I got in the back the bedside manner of the people in the back were horrible! I never want to experience anyone talking to me like that again. This day will replay in my head for a while. The doctor said some rude things to me that made me very upset and cry! I couldn’t even hold myself together to check out.

Took my daughter to get a sports physical this morning. Everyone was friendly and professional. This is my second time taking her here. First time was for allergies. Again just very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Today was my first time there and I have nothing bad to say. The wait wasn’t long, and they were pretty discreet about why I had to go there. Definitely would go again!!

After calling my medical office, and not receiving a call back after 2 days ! I decided to go to Quick Fix Family Convenient Care and had a wonderful experience. The PA - Chris what a wonderful Health Care Professional explaining my health issue and immediately solved my medical condition. They are definitely my choice of medical offices. They certainly value your time ... I had a very short wait time. I am thankful you all are here in Albany.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Took my son to get seen. The wait time was awesome. We didn’t have to sit for hours. I highly recommend this place. The customer service is amazing! I give this place 20 stars! Thanks for taking care of my son’s needs.
