Quest Diagnostics

It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone regarding scheduling and every single online appointment slot I pick, no matter how far out it is or what time of day it is it’s always already been chosen, and I’m forced to go back and pick another time, which is also already been chosen. They need a customer service line and a way for customers to be supported. This is incredibly aggravating. Edit: Sibeli does not deserve 1 star. Excellent tech, polite, personable and professional. Very good at what she does. This system deserves 1 star. Sibeli deserves 5

Worst service I have ever experienced. Go to another lab if you can. They have no human interaction, you deal with a monitor and cant ask for help? The staff is locked behind a screened door with frosted glass. No restroom access! You have to ask for a bathroom pass. They only have 2 techs working. For some reason they post how many people they are serving, it always showed 1 being served at a time? I had to wait for over 2 almost 3 hours. Never have I expected to have to wait this long. The staff seemed over whelmed and leader less? I will go to another lad in the future. I made a mistake going to Quest. Don't do the same... Sorry Quest do your brand a favor get more help.

They are extremely slow. Have only 2 people working in the morning during the busiest time when people do tests fasted. While in the waiting room, all you can hear them chit chatting with patients. Double the staff would be more beneficial. I did a walk in and people who were not on a board as a walk in or appointment were called in. Very slow location…

I made a last minute appointment here online and within two hours I was at Quest having my blood drawn by the affable and fun Kat who has a very light touch. Kat was educational and gentle. Everything was clean and working (kiosk). I was in and out within 15 minutes. Easy peasy!

This Quest location was great to use, I was in before my appointment and out in just a few minutes. Very professional and I will use them again in the future.
