Really really quick service and friendly staff. Check in was easy - just click the link they sent to your number or scan the QR of your appointment confirmation. Place was really clean and organized, too. Recommend coming here

I went to Quest in Forest Hills and checked in on my phone, which said there was no need to use the kiosk. After waiting 45 minutes while others after me were called in, I asked a staff member to check on my status. She rudely told me she doesn’t answer questions and insisted I use the kiosk. When I tried, it said I had no appointment and needed to make one—but no slots were available. After nearly an hour wasted, I left frustrated. I then went to the Quest in Elmhurst, and the experience was night and day. The facility was very clean, and I was warmly greeted by Sierra, who clearly cares about her work and about patients. Even at the end of the day, she was cheerful, professional, and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely return to the Elmhurst location for any future blood work.

So so so nice! Smooth check-in at the kiosk, friendly and efficient team and clean office. I was very impressed!!! I did witness a couple make a scene that it wasn't fair they now have to wait because their appt was cancelled because they were 10mins late. The team does now deserve to be treated like that. You receive an email once you book your appointment explaining that if you are more than 10mins late you will be regarded as a walk in and will have to wait. This team is prompt and they should have had the patience to wait. Suck it up, you were late.

Very disappointed. The building was closed + my appointment was canceled with no notice. I found out AFTER I arrived at the location. What a waste of time!! Prior to my appointment I checked online to confirm the building was open and my appointment was confirmed. I even received a text message day of confirming my appointment. When I arrived, the building was locked and a note stated "some locations may be closed due to weather". I called the number posted to verify my appointment was canceled but was only met with an automated message to reschedule. Even when I rescheduled the representative couldn't even confirm if the location was closed or open. This is highly unprofessional, a simple automated message via text or email indicating the location being closed and appointments canceled

Great and easy blood drawn experience. A phlebotomist who was tiny and light brown hair. Maybe her name is Deisy? Very professional and handle with care. She was Very nice and cute… but overall I enjoyed it. Will come back for her.
