Very sweet and empathetic person! Website states trauma as something to be treated here, however seemed to have little to no understanding of basic cPTSD, which still posed a challenge several months in. Charlie fostered great, healthy communication which my partner and I were excited to continue forward with; but ultimately she discharged us, stating she didn't feel she could help with our goals. We did find this disappointing, considering we had felt we were reaching goals every session with her. So that was confusing; it's frustrating to have to start all the way over this far in including the financial investment, with someone else who may be less of a fit. When we are making a commitment to invest in improvement, we need to be able to trust our clinician is on the same page. Thank

I have been going to her for a month and I've already learned a lot about myself and grown. I have Borderline Personality Disorder and she helps me take accountability while still being compassionate and kind. Overall a great experience so far!

I left 2 voice messages and no one ever called me back. Just wanting to ask if they were accepting new patients. Not the best impression.
