Quantum Radiology

I was charge $200 before the appointment, had to take it up in person to secure the appointment. Went back days later and the doctor spent all of 10 minutes with me. She looked at some scans that had been done previously and prescribe me some medication and sent me downstairs to the lab for a $250 test. I paid the $250 to the lab who gave me my results not the doctor so she didn’t have to read them. A couple of weeks after the appointment, the doctor billed me $250 more and said it was an in-depth appointment. Sent me to collections and added interest since when is a 10 minute talk with a doctor that does no testing Or anything special considered an in-depth appointment? Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and any medical board. I can find really bad business practice
