I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for Four years and have only been treated personally by him twice. I couldn’t tell you what he looks like. His assistant is one of the best, when you get to see her. Oh not to mention trying to get a phone call through to speak with anyone you will be dead if you get it through if you get through.Not to mention having a message returned. Old gray Mayer ain’t what he used to be. I am 100% disabled with the best of insurance, you would think I would be one of his best patients, sometimes Money ain’t everything! Good luck!

My very first impression is bad. We got a referral this morning from PCP, I called and left a message in regards to referral. Mae called back and she sound like she had a very bad day, this kind of attitude should not be answering the phone because we already feeling down because of the negative news we got from PCP and we dont to hear mean people at the end of the line. She could have been nicer because I was nice to her. Seems like i am not the only one that have a bad review for the staff but seems like this place do not care. Next will be emailing BBB. I called my PCP to find me another Endocrinology because I will not set foot to this office. Mae you need to be written up because of your nasty attitude.

Very rude stuff, they changed my appointment 2 times, they not nice at all, seance like they don't want to treat me, discrimination I can see that. I lost 2 days of work for nothing
