QF massage

This will be my last time! I been here hand full of times and never had a problem until 2-weeks ago and show up at 2pm. Sign says open, but they are closed. Go back home, call at 5, no answer. Call at 6, no answer. Call at 7 and finally open. Hey there at 8 and pay for 90 min and she only dies half the job for an hour. Granted, she gave me some money back, but ask for tip on top of it. No excuse why she stopped. Granted, she gave money back to me. I tried the place out again today. Again, I pay for 90 min and she does half the job and says she is tired and says 30 min and hands me money back. No hot stones like before. Don’t waste your money on this place. Went for a couples massage and we got. Rubdown. Should have known as they asked for payment upfront and then didn’t give me my change. I was left exposed for about 6 mins while she left the room. My partner didn’t even get his feet rubbed. I swear they just rubbed us no pressure no care. Then argued with us on a tip. I don’t know why they just don’t charge what they want to get paid for the service. The sign says tips are appreciated but they are really required. No water was offered. Nothing. Will never go here again. You are better off going across the street next to 7-11. At least you walk out with a massage.

I’m writing this review because I, initially, sent a negative one. I have since deleted it and want to write another review. I actually went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage the day after Mother’s Day. Staffing was low and the massage therapists were exhausted. They had very little left to give my daughter and I which made for a substandard massage. Almost immediately after I left the previous review I received a text and call from this establishment. Management sent their apologies and wanted to rectify the bad experience as soon as possible. I just happened to be available that next morning so my daughter and I went back and received very incredible service. The massages were definitely deep tissue, great technique and a the therapists were very kind and apologetic. They didn’t ask me
