I just received something I never asked for. The website sucks because there is nowhere for me to cancel whatever subscription I was forced into. There is no costumer service. This is ridiculous. I now have to call my bank and dispute the charges cause there is Noone to speak to from this company. I should have NEVER made this purchase! Horrible experience to get home and see a package and then have no way of getting in contact with anyone.

I bought a water flosser a month ago and today $65 worth of your product magically came in the mail without me ordering it. You guys did this without my consent. That Is the only way for this to happen without my knowledge. Yall charge a 10% "restocking" fee for returns. So yall are getting over on me for $6.50 is crazy. I'm reporting this as fraud because I'm not losing any money period when yall did this without my knowledge. I made 1 single purchase a month ago and never revisited your website!!!!

My wife and I had high hopes when we ordered the water flossers from PUURSMILE. However, upon arrival we found them to be NOT as advertised. They were bulky and difficult to hold and cleaning pressure was so weak that product was extremely ineffective. In addition, several unrequested subscriptions were added to the order. We have tried calling support several times with never a call back and we emailed support for over 2 weeks explaining our issues and requesting a return authorization and label as promised by the company in their advertising. We did eventually get an email response cancelling the subscriptions but our repeated attempts to get a Return started have been ignored (I assume they are ignoring us so that the 90 day return policy will pass). Absolutely love this water flosser! The different levels of intensity are helpful. My mouth feels so clean!

Worst customer service ever! Don't return phone calls or emails and shipping is not fast as they advertised! Don't waste your money or time!
