Please make sure you are never late to this harsh place. Dr Shah runs a very ridged office. I was 13 mins late for my appointment for my 9 month old today. I talked to the receptionist for a few mins at the desk answered question and waited. Then the receptionist came up to me 5 minutes later and told me that Dr. Shah said due to me being late she could not see my daughter. I felt like I was being punished. I have a 9 month old with very severe allergies that needed to be tested asap and I was told to leave. It took me months to wait for this appointment. And might I add that there was only 1 other person waiting in the whole entire office!!! I’m furious I’ve never seen a office ran like this before. I could understand if I had to wait longer but to make me leave with a baby is disgraceful

Please Please read if you have kids and even if you are an adult attending this office, please read! For the safety of children, I must report what occurred in this office. I took my son in as a new patient. I was told on the phone and in person that the first visit was just a consultation. Upon arrival, I had to wait 30 min for my child to be seen. I was given a 2:10 appt; 30 min later when I asked why it was taking so long, they said they told me a different time to come in (10min earlier) so as to ensure prompt arrival so I was only 15 min late. Does that make sense to have people, especially unvaccinated kids wait with others in a waiting room that long? Despite this, it took an additional 15 min before we saw the dr. She seemed to listen at first to our questions; when I simply asked

Dr. Shah is a very caring doctor. She really listens to any question I have. The office staff is wonderful too!
