We really love Dr Nithya. I currently have all three of my children in various stages of care from Invisilign to braces to a palate expander. My kids experience no anxiety about appointments or treatment. The office is beautiful and a calm atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and genuinely happy to be there interacting with patients and their families. I happily recommend Dr Nithya to anyone!

From my very first visit, I was thoroughly impressed. Everyone at the practice is professional, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around. Dr. Nithva is truly delightful—her upbeat energy is contagious, even when she was nine months pregnant! She has a way of making each patient feel special, and I’m confident she’ll improve my bite in the most efficient and effective way possible. And yes, Colleen’s music choices are fantastic—such a fun touch to the experience! Thank you all for creating such a positive and comfortable environment.

This was my first visit to Ridgefield Orthodontics and it was the best experience that I have ever had with an orthodontist. I wish I were younger and had known about them when I was a teenager. All of the staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable and Dr. Nithva was incredibly upbeat, solution oriented, and a true professional. I never looked forward to going to the orthodontist, but if you need any kind of orthodontia work, run, don’t walk to Ridgefield Orthodontics. They will ensure that your outcome is perfect and that the experience is an incredibly positive one!

Always friendly, helpful, ready to answer my millions of mom questions!!! Dr. Nithya and the team are the best, so glad we went to her for both our kiddos needs.. for aligners for one kiddo and a pallet expander for our other child. Both kids were obviously nervous first visit but she helped them through that and now they happily go for every appointment. Highly recommend them 🌟 🌟 🌟

I have had an amazing experience with Ridgefield Orthodontics and highly recommend this practice! I came to them for a second opinion after a disappointing experience at another practice, and from the outset Dr. Nithya and her team have been clear, kind, communicative, and attentive. I am 11 months into my Spark aligners treatment and the improvement to my teeth is so remarkable and transformational that a coworker asked if I had gotten full implants. Colleen at the front desk is so friendly and makes it a joy to walk in there every time. 10/10 experience!
