Jen, my dental hygienist, is truly exceptional—she is gentle, thorough, and always makes me feel completely at ease during my cleanings. She takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort and dental health. The other hygienists that work with my boys are also really good. The dentists are equally fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and highly skilled. I always feel confident that I’m receiving the best possible care. I was planning to join the practice program but I got a chipped tooth the day prior to leaving for Florida for a month. I called to explain and even though I wasn’t a patient yet they squeezed me on the same day. Dr Jones was very pleasant and professional and filled the tooth to enable me to go away. From check-in to check-out the office staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was truly impressed and have already made a follow-up appointment.
