I recently searched for a new dentist and called over five offices in the area—every one had wait times of two months or longer for a new patient appointment. Pure Smiles was the exception. They easily fit me in without any hassle. My first visit was outstanding: a thorough evaluation, professional cleaning, and a clear treatment plan. The team was upfront and transparent about insurance coverage from the start, the appointment began right on time, and everyone was genuinely caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I had the wrong date and time for my appointment, but they accommodated me anyway. After taking x-rays, they did a comprehensive review of my teeth before cleaning. And even took care of the cavity that I had in the same visit. They discussed the health of my teeth at length and even gave suggestions of products to purchase in the future. I haven’t had this thorough of a review at a dental office in years. Very happy.

I had a filling today and the doctor was fantastic! Not only was my filling easy and quick, his detail to my tooth was really appreciated. The tooth was sharp and was cutting into my check, he curved it down for me even though it didn’t have anything to do with my filling. I appreciated the extra thought.

I was very pleased with the care I recieved today. The administrative staff were attentive and there was very little wait time until I saw the dentist. It was a rather difficult situation to handle. I had cavity under my crown and didn't want to wait until after the holiday to treat it. Dr Bellucci was kind enough to make time in the afternoon to clean it and come up with a treatment plan for after Thanksgiving. He was very gentle and explained and showed me through xrays what was going on. This is my new dentist. Mine retired! And office atmosphere was very relaxing and positive!

Amazing! I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work. I’ve had a lot of work done since my teeth started coming in and it was never ending until I was about 14 years old. Dentists since then have always made me feel unseen, unheard, and like they wanted me quickly out of their office. The hygienists and Dr. Balucci spent time talking with me, answering me questions, and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I haven’t felt that comfortable in a dentist’s office in many, many years. My only two complaints is their inability to do better payment plans for those of us who are not rich, and their payment card policy. I had to call my husband from work to sign papers and make payments since the card wasn’t in my own name, which is obnoxious. My husband couldn’t even give verbal p
