Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers Branford

I’ve done physical therapy a few times here for different issues and each time has been a great experience. All the staff is nice and professional. I love working with Virginia. She is absolutely amazing :) I have done physical therapy at so many different places over the years and this place is by far the best.

I attended physical therapy at the Branford location and was treated by a physical therapy assistant named Keegan. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. He showed up 15 minutes late to my appointment and then gave me exercises that were way too hard for my age and condition. I didn’t feel like I was receiving proper therapy — it felt more like I was in a boot camp. He also seemed to show favoritism between patients, which made me very uncomfortable. Because of all this, I stopped attending this place. I would not recommend it.

All of the therapists that I’ve worked with here are very professional. I’ve made great progress in strengthening my core and my legs. The therapists show genuine interest in your progress. I look forward to attending my sessions here.

PTSMC Branford is a terrific choice if you are seeking help with joints that are declining, or with recovery. I have sought their services for several years, and am now engaged in full time recovery from a knee replacement. Vika is offering incredible physical and mental support. I am so grateful for her professionalism, her magic hands, and her huge, compassionate heart. Five stars is not enough! All the staff is highly skilled and wonderful. Ted even was able to stop an episode of vertigo last year with two sessions! I highly recommend this group, and intend to seek their assistance if needed in the future for sure.

Went to the Branford location for PT. Results were as expected while I was there but staff were rude and acted as if they could care less. My therapist seemed bored and impatient as if I were infringing on her down time making each session seem more like a chore for her...
