Beware of their massage and mani pedi packages. It is not a professional mani pedi like a regular salon and they upcharge you up front. I received a Christmas gift that was $170 package. I had to pay an additional $60 up front charge for gratuity and to remove gel off my hands and feet. Massage wasn't good, I was bored and ready for it to be over. I will say the staff was very nice and I feel bad for leaving such a poor review, but I feel the need to warn others. Literally go anywhere else. By the way, shame on the owner for assuming I wouldn't tip. She says that on every review that mentions it being up front! I've been in the service industry for over 20 years and always tip, no matter how poor the service is. I'm sorry I had such a poor service at your location, too. But an owner reply

I bought tickets online to go to this place with 7 friends, but luckily I came across the reviews and I'll never go. Reading the comments shows how extremely rude and unprofessional they are. I've never in my life read such hateful responses from a place that's supposed to offer a day of spa and relaxation. They should be called the Nightmare Spa... I'm truly shocked reading the reviews of this place; that was my best decision to never go to a place like that again.

Would give negative stars if I could. I scheduled a month in advance for my wedding for me and my maid of honor. We even stopped by to check the place out a couple of weeks ahead and ask some questions. We got there the day of our appointment and they immediately charged us for the gratuity. Now I understand that they have to if they want tipped bc the service was AWFUL! I have never had a manicure that looked this bad. I was stuck with it for my wedding bc I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I was already having a horrible day bc of venue issues for my wedding. 1st she didn't even push my cuticles back and clean up my nail bed. She did shape my nails after I requested it. Buyer Beware! Mistakes happen and folks even have bad days. I will address our issues later in the review. The owner chose to argue, raise her voice blaming everyone and product she could without taking accountability. No way you are getting a simple: “I apologize for your inconvenience”. It was very clear that she receives complaints often and seemed to have a script in front of her as she finally caught herself in so many lies she hung up on us. I remained calm as she steadily escalated. For Christmas we purchased my wife and daughter a full body hot stone massage, full body scrub, mani and pedi. $300 later my wife ended up removing and redoing their polish herself so my daughter could attend her New Year’s celebration. Pleasantly surprised; 4.5! We were on vacation and thanks to the rain decided to look on Groupon for local massage options. Came across a deal for mani, pedi, and massage at Pure Spa. When we arrived it didn't look like a place I would've stopped if just driving by but I really enjoyed my services. Relaxing gel mani by the owner and pedi by her daughter, who were both very nice. A different lady did my massage, but was really nice, clearly experienced, and even shared some tips of the locals. Massage was a relaxing setting with music and hot stones. I even enjoyed the company of the owner's Yorkie while I waited who was as sweet as can be!
