Pure Infusion Suites of Nampa

Loved Pure Infusion Suites of Nampa! Mary and Erin were the best. They made me feel right at home. I had to be there for around 3 hours. I had my own room, a tv and they offered me drinks and snacks to pass the time. I’ve only been to one other infusion place, but this was way better! It far exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to go back!

Pure went above and beyond for me. The facility is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in you feel cared for and considered. Mary and the girls are an absolute joy to work with. Always a kind smile and cheery word of encouragement. I can’t sing their praises enough! I highly recommend Pure Infusion Suites of Nampa. Thank you for all you’ve done for me!

My husband had his first infusion treatment yesterday in Nampa. Mary and Erin were so kind and welcoming. The office space was clean and comfortable. SO much better than a hospital room or regular exam room. It felt like we were in our living room. Lots of streaming options, snacks and drinks while we passed the time. We had no idea what to expect and were quite nervous, but we’re so grateful we found PURE. We were taken care of at every step: insurance authorization, pre operative consultation via video call where we had a chance to ask all of our questions, to the actual treatment itself. Of course we’d prefer not to have a condition requiring ongoing treatment, but we’re SO grateful that we’re able to have it in such an awesome environment. Thank you PURE!

This is a good place to go!! The staff is kind and great at making sure you are comfortable. My only complaint is that if you need to get ahold of them to make an appointment, good luck. No one answers. I have been trying since Thursday 2-26-26. I have called and left messages, no call back as of yet. It is now Tuesday 3-3-26. I hope everyone is ok. I need to make an app. Other than this, the place is nice. Love Mary and Erin!!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet atmosphere. Nurse Erin was phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable and got my i.v. started the smoothest it's ever gone! She answered all of our questions and concerns.
