PULSE PHARMACY & MEDICAL SUPPLY

I want to start this review by saying that I generally love this pharmacy and have been coming here for at least two years. They have great service, never a long line. They’re honest. They usually have what I need, and if not, they get it fast! They also have a great selection of OTC items and accept FSA payments. The only reason I’ve recently considered a more commercial pharmacy is because they no longer work with my insurance. My only complaint is that they NEVER seem to open on time. I am personally a punctual person and have never seen this place open at 9am during the week or 10am on a Saturday. I’m writing this review while sitting outside of the locked door for over 35 minutes on a Saturday and this isn’t the first time. Since they’re closed on Sundays, I’m forced to wait and hop

Last year they started out wonderful then they computer system went down...and they gave me half of my prescription one time and didn't tell me until I looked at the bottle and saw it said 1/2.. took another week to get the other half a month later. I would love to work with a smaller pharmacy but they close at 6:00 p.m. it's hard to get medications in daily. I got to the pharmacy on time and they were late twice how is the customer there before the employee. They should be arriving to work at least a half hour before it's time to open. I'm going back to the good old long line at CVS at least they don't close till 10:00 p.m.

I was introduced to Pulse Pharmacy through my best friend. I had the best experience. Pulse was new to the location but offered delivery. I was displeased with the pharmacy services in the surrounding areas & their ineffective attempt at delivery service. After speaking with Raj, I decided to give Pulse Pharmacy a try. Although somewhat hesitant I gave Raj my information and my prescription information and from that point forward I have not regret my decision. They always deliver my medication to me without fail. They are always pleasant whenever you call & its reassuring that you know you will have no problem getting your medication regardless of what it is. My experience with the personnel at Pulse Pharmacy has been outstanding. They greet me by name when I walk through the door. If my doctor calls in a prescription for me Pulse will call me to let me know it is ready. Also if they have to order medication for you they usually have it for you the next day after 1:00. Everyone at Pulse is very friendly and knowledgeable. I hope they will be around for a long, long time.

Omar and John are awesome Omar whent out his way for me.And when Omar wasn't the there John to up the Slack and didn't miss a beat so I'm grateful to the both of them customer service everything is on the one. Same attitude every time I call and visit
