Every experience I've had when walking into this facility is bad. The front staff are beyond rude and barely acknowledge you when you walk in the building. I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism and continue to have issues yet I don't even feel comfortable to reach out cause the reactions from everyone including the nurses are nonchalant. Asia is definitely one of the worst workers there. I guess they have caller I.D. and I called about a prescription refill I kept being put on hold then the phone kept hanging up and mind you this is a professional facility so I'm wondering why do you answer the phone and say yes like I'm bothering you. It's your job to have customer service. I hate that I have to return to this facility later this month but until I can get my records transferred this i

I really have nothing bad to say about this medical facility. Everyone that works in this office is friendly and nice they always have a smile on their face and a pleasant personality. Everyone has always went above and beyond to answer any questions that I have asked. I have read in other comments about having to wait awhile when individuals were here for their appointments which I would like to make a comment towards. I have noticed myself that there has been times that I have had to wait during some of my appointments, during these time it has appeared to be busier in the office then on most other days. I also noticed that when I have had to wait it is because the doctor is in with a patient answering whatever questions they may have had about their situation. Which I am fine with be

Zero 🌟. My appt was for 11am. Got there at 10:53am and still had to wait an hour before taken to a room. But wait, they then pulled a patient out of the room, didn't sanitize it and got twisted when I told them the room wasn't cleaned. Then had to wait some more for someone to take my vitals. Then I was told I had to wait an additional 20-30mins before being seen. The office Mgr response sounded scripted. I guess since people keep coming, why change anything. This is nuts. I may have to go to Bibb county next time. What makes u think I have time to waste? My time is important just like yours. Won't be back

The wait time may have been a little bit long but the doctor makes the wait worth it. He’s one of the most knowledgeable men in his field of medicine. Dr. Asad cares for his patients and will made me feel right at home. I also got a facial from Veneih. She is one of the nicest people I have met in my life and definitely knows what she is talking about!!

If I could give this place zero stars i would. Why schedule APPOINTMENTS if you are unable to accommodate patients? Just tell people your schedule is filled and they can go elsewhere. Why schedule someone for an appointment and keep them waiting for over 2 hours before they can be seen!? If you value your time, do NOT go here.
