Publix Pharmacy at Westpark Shopping Center

Whoever is in charge of answering thr phone at the pharmacy needs to learn bedside manner/customer service etiquette. Talked to me like I was an idiot and used my name even if when I didn’t tell her it, very condescending. If you answer the phone you shouldn’t sound like you hate your life

We moved our scrips over from a big chain pharmacy and what a HUGE difference! The app works, refills are easy, there's almost never a long wait inside or at the drive-up window. The pharmacists and clerks always have time to stop what they're doing and listen if I have a question. No complaints. All stars.

The most organized and helpful Pharmacy I have ever been to. They are very patient and answer all my questions and really go above and beyond to ensure patient/customer satisfaction.

This pharmacy has set the standard for me for other pharmacies. I am on multiple medications so a good pharmacy is necessary to reduce my stress. The staff here almost always remembers me from time to time and are always efficient with their service. If there is an issue, they do not hesitate to contact my doctor on my behalf (which saves a lot of time and stress for me) and they communicate the progress to me so I am never in the grey. They always answer my many questions with patience. Because of this, I will always try to go to publix pharmacy in the future.
