Publix Pharmacy at Waterleigh Village

My family and I have had nothing but positive, friendly interactions with every single associate whether it’s picking up prescriptions or getting a vaccine, they have always been accommodating and kind with myself, my wife, and my young children. I would assume those reviews claiming otherwise are likely saying more about the people who leave them than the staff. I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy!

I don’t know why everyone is trippin these people are great. They’re in a hurry, that’s the industry, get over yourself. Whenever I have an issue with my prescriptions getting filled they call my insurance, my doctor’s office, get approvals, tell me the price beforehand. If the price is high they try to find discount programs. I barely wait when I go in the drive-thru. Most of them know me without even having to give them my information for look up. They care and it shows. Thank you 🙏

The pharmacy is terrible. No help and no compassion. Said it would take an hour and a half to fill a diabetes monitor. It’s in a box. Is a device.

I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Francis, a pharmacist assistant whose dedication and compassion went far beyond what anyone could expect. In a moment that required patience, empathy, and exceptional attention to detail, she took the time to not only resolve a complex issue but did so with kindness, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to care. She followed up personally, navigated through challenges that weren’t necessarily her responsibility, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and with heart. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely devoted to helping others, and her efforts made a real difference. Her actions didn’t just reflect her work ethic—they reflected her character, and for that, I’m sincerely grateful. She deserves to be employee of the year!

I wish I was able to give 0 starts. Seriously!! Every single associate at this pharmacy has no customer service, no smile, no thank you, no please, literally, their horrible! It even looks like its their standars to not be nice with their clients. Seriously! I always pick up my meds at the drive thru and they arrive at the window, saying: picking up? With a RBF. Not even: hi, how can I help you? (Smile). Its just the worst, it puts you in a bad mood. When I leave, I always say thank you, have a good day, and they hang up the mic, I’ve never even hear thank you back or even a you’re welcome. To be honest, I’m not doing a review based in 1 experience only, I’m doing a review based on 5-6 months of experiences, picking up my meds every single month, and I didnt have not even 1 good experi
