Publix Pharmacy at Village Square

It is a pleasure picking up my prescriptions at this Publix Pharmacy. They are always ready on time and the staff is super nice and helpful. Kudos to Delano for getting my BP medication ready in less than 30 minutes(last minute request) on Christmas Eve 🙏❤️ If you are looking for efficient and friendly service and staff this is the Pharmacy you want to use!

Maria ! Such a RUDE person! In all my years shopping at Publix, this is the first time I’ve had an experience with an employee who was genuinely unprofessional. I’m very disappointed and would appreciate this being addressed.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt the need to this time. I had a very unpleasant experience with a pharmacy technician named Maria at Publix. She was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. I left feeling upset and completely disrespected. I hope the managers review the security cameras to see how poorly she treats customers. No one should be treated this way.

(Don't pay attention to the one-star rating given by a previous customer who did not even bother to explain the reason for such a ridiculous rating.) I am very happy with the attention received from the staff. One issue, though, is that the powers that be decided to have only one pharmacist taking care of everything, except during a few days of the week when she is assisted by a technician. Given that the store is located in an area where many families and elderly customers live, this doesn't make sense. That been said, the attention and care provided to customers are A+++. Rest assured that the time they give another customer will be given to you, as well, if necessary. 👍👍
