Publix Pharmacy at Village Shops of Flowery Branch

They really don't even deserve one star. Horrible customer service. None of them smile . All have personalities of a python. When I go back to Dr in December definitely changing pharmacies.

I gave them five stars only because that dude Dave that works at the seafood counter. I'm not sure there is anything slower than their deli, alot of time I order and it says it will be ready in thirty mins , I show up thirty mins later and do all my shopping and still wait. Not sure if that dude Dave is a manager , but if he isn't he ought to be. I literally watch people pack meat and state at my at the seafood counter then ten mins late come and help me and it's the dude that's been staring at me. That dude Dave is always there, always clean, presentable, always helpful, guy comes out from behind the counter to answer questions and show me things. We've been using publix every week for 2 years at this location. I love their bacons' flavor. However, it's often 50% fat or worse, todays pack was ridiculous, 80 to 90% fat. See the attached picture. This needs to change. it's packed, so you can't see the fat on the rashers until after you open it, clearly by design. So disappointing.

The WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Your Doc sent in a prescription? Don't worry, they won't fill it if they think you don't need it. Checking to see if they have a medication in stock? A very rude tech will tell you 'no' without checking. If you call her out on that, she'll say, "I don't need to, I just gave the last of it to another customer." (Total lie.) Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else. Their corporate office doesn't care about these issues either.

I gave 2 Star‘s because I love Publix as a whole. This is the first time I have ever been in a Publix where I felt unwanted. I pride myself in shopping here because of the phenomenal service I have gotten from Georgia to Florida. While I was here, I waited patiently in line to order one of my favorite sandwiches. After I waited, two gentlemen behind me will call ahead of me. I said excuse me a few times to whereas the other employees looked around and they even noticing what happened. The people in line around me noticed as well and it was embarrassing. Both parties ignored. I have never had that happen, and I walked out immediately and went to another supermarket up the road where I Got the service that I’m used To.
