Publix Pharmacy at Trenholm Plaza

I have been coming to Publix Pharmacy for some years now. I think it is the pharmacist, Alice, that made me decide to stay for so long. She is professional but also very down to earth and helpful. She came from behind the pharmacy counter to help me on the floor one time. She is kind. There is a male pharmacist there who is also a gem. But I don’t know his name. He is so kind and professional. Also, I get to see all of the other wonderful store employees like Cookie and Ellen. This is my pharmacy. I love it. I love Publix.

I'm getting really sick of pharmacists treating people with ADHD like drug addicts. I understand the laws. I actually read them - did you? You consistently fill my medication early without me asking for it but the one and only time I asked for it a day early due to a convenience issue you can't do it because it's a controlled substance? Ok well what about the other previous 6 months where you filled it a day or even 2 days early just because my doctors office happened to call it in early? But I will say that the techs are always very kind and helpful and bless the sweet young woman who not only let me rant about this absurdity on the phone but actually asked if I was ok as she could sense the stress levels I've been dealing with and genuinely meant it.

I had a prescription sent over before 3 pm on Friday afternoon when I went to pick it up on Saturday before noon it was still not ready. They told me it would take 25 minutes, when I went back again it was still wasn't ready. That meant that I had to wait in line 3 different times before the prescription was ready. When I got home, I realized that it was only 14 pills! GEE-my 7 year old grandson could have counted out 14 pills quicker than that. Yikes.

I moved recently and transferred my prescriptions here. I have always had good service and the pharmacists and techs are helpful and knowledgeable

Prescriptions are NEVER ready when we get texts saying they are in fact ready. Every time it’s blamed on the doctors office. Interesting in that this happens across multiple doctors offices. Not sure if they are just understaffed or what but communication is lacking.
