I have been getting my prescription filled here via telehealth for the past 4 months with no problem. Today they called to say that they actually aren't allowed to fill telehealth prescriptions and canceled my script when I was about to come pick it up. Very unprofessional either way you look at it.
Always a problem when it comes to my prescription, today specifically, they gave me the rest of their stock for my prescription, when I was due for my refill today they did not think to restock it. This is not the only occurrence where something has happened. But usually it's that they never have my type of prescription in stock even when they had the prescription in for weeks.
