Publix Pharmacy at Thornblade

This pharmacy has always been great—until today. The pharmacist, Ally (or Allie, I’m not sure how she spells it), completely crossed a line and is quite power hungry in my opinion. She called me a “pill seeker” & a Doctor shopper" right in front of her staff and customers. She didn’t ask me a single question or try to understand the situation. She just voided my prescription without any context. Two weeks ago, my primary doctor prescribed me pain medication. After about a week, I chose to stop taking it because my doctor and I had a nice conversation about trying to manage my pain without narcotics before my upcoming surgery. So I disposed of the remaining oxycodone tablets and even informed my PCP about it after the fact. I explained all of this to the pharmacist and even showed her the

There’s a reason this will be our only pharmacy. Our daughter went through a tough stretch of ear infections, and we were constantly filling prescriptions. She finally got tubes and today Kat, one of the pharmacy technicians, asked how she was doing after her surgery. She mentioned remembering us coming in so often and just wanted to check in to see how our little one was doing. That simple gesture meant the world to me. Thank you, Kat, for caring about your people. And thank you Publix for having such a wonderful pharmacy team!

I love this pharmacy and Publix in general. Every pharmacist is BUSY but helpful. The one negative review made my jaw drop because I've always been treated respectfully & they even offer to find a Discount Card when applicable for new medications. & I use them a couple times every single month. Literally never had a hint of a negative experience. The male pharmacist is my favorite - goes above & beyond & is very down-to-earth.

****CONSUMER BEWARE****** This pharmacy is nothing short of a disgusting, corrupt den of deception and betrayal! I stepped inside with hope, just to purchase some allergy medicine, and what did I find? A vicious, shameless display of lies and fraud! They had the medication falsely advertised, blatantly lying to every customer that walks through their doors! It's as if "False Advertising" is their twisted, secret motto—an obscene slap in the face to honesty and integrity! And when I confronted them about this outrageous deception, what did they do? They spat out some pathetic, worthless excuse about someone "perhaps" moving the medications—as if that pharmacists cluelessness excuses their outright manipulation! I looked them dead in the eyes and demanded clarity—so you're telling me five

Newly remodeled pharmacy area. Clerks and pharmacist friendly and helpful. I got my flu shot here last year. I have been completely healthy and combined with my Covid 19 vaccination, I got a good report from my doctor. Planning on coming to the pharmacy in the fall for another flu shot and for my everyday over the counter medications.
