Extremely helpful staff and pharmacists, prompt service, and the small-town feel with big company expertise. Worlds of difference when compared to CVS- this place wins hands down. And they actually answer their phone, too! Highly recommend.

Horrible place to have go. Very rude staff. Called my doctor a liar. I dont think thats they're there for and doctors don't lie.

Under the current Covid-19 circumstances I think they do an average job. They seem to stay pretty busy. Prices on regular drug store items like cough drops and chapstick are fair.

I have been to all the big chains in this area, and BY FAR my BEST Experience has been with Upstate Pharm Greer!! They are great on the phone by calling me & notifying me of inventory and they are great in person too. Plus they have the BEST Prices. Keep up the Great Work you are doing!! I’m so happy I switched to you guys and gals several months ago and wish other places could learn from your example!! Thanks for consistently being Awesome!! 👍👍😁

This pharmacy is great. I try to be nice and courteous as a customer, and they always treat me the same way. Tammy, who I met when she worked at the Boiling Springs location, is ALWAYS helpful and nice. During busy times, I’ve heard a few rude and impatient customers in front of me, and the staff here treat them respectfully every time. The negative reviews on here DO NOT align with my experience. I drive here from Spartanburg BECAUSE OF the excellent service!
