Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Deer Creek

The staff are WONDERFUL both in the pharmacy and main store. They are attentive and helpful. I am very pleased with the pharmacists and their team. They are personable and care above and beyond what they are required to do. The store is clean and the managers and other main store staff are also helpful and personable. It's worthwhile to take the time do a review for this store since I appreciate the service I receive there.

Shout out to Miss Pamela and Mrs. Jasmine at the Publix Deli on 4300 Chapel Hill Rd, Douglasville, GA! They went above and beyond helping me with my wife’s order, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I walked out of there with the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time—and the kind of customer service that makes you feel right at home. If you’re in Douglasville and want a great experience, go see them. You won’t be disappointed!

Made a same day appointment to get my flu and COVID vaccines and was seen quickly by Jim, who was quick, kind and did a great job with the injections, I barely felt them. Thank you!

Had to go to the pharmacy many times over the past 5 years, it's always fast and easy for me, and Jim is always nice, professional, and can have a meaningful and courteous conversation with you. They are a good team altogether from what I've seen.

I have shopped here for a while, and since the store managers don’t take my complaint very seriously, I will just post it publicly. The worst: the fruits and vegetable section seems to be run by individuals who don’t understand what healthy food looks like. Bad onions and shallots, at times smelling putrid and producing goo. The mushrooms have rarely been edible, and often are brown on the shelf. I also often encounter greens, such as lettuce, that are decayed to the extent of being gooey. Recently I am also baffled by the repeated failure of the deli manager to insure they have a sufficient amount of 5-grain bread, as it is clearly the grossly more popular type of bread. I shouldn’t be arriving at 2 or 3pm to be told that they’re out of that bread nearly every time in the last month and
